- You may make a purchase in one of two ways:
Through our secure online shopping cart, available 24/7. You may use a Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards for payment.
By telephone (617-330-1943) during business hours M-F 10-6. You may pay with a Visa, Mastercard or American Express, or by check or money order made payable to "Harper & Faye, Inc."
Your purchase will be shipped as soon as funds have been received by our bank. Urgent requests for expensive items are best handled by wiring funds, please call for assistance!
Please note that at this time we will ship to U.S. addresses only. Credit card orders will be shipped to the billing address for the credit card
- Availability:
Given the unique nature of most of our offerings, all items are offered subject to prior sale. Although we will make every effort to keep the website up to date, we can not guarantee the availability of a particular item at the time you place your order. In the event that such an item is unavailable, we will contact you on the next business day
- Packaging and Shipping:
Your order will be carefully packed for shipping. Jewelry items will come in a presentation box, and complimentary gift wrap is available for all jewelry items.
Shipping and handling charges will be added to cover the cost of packing, insuring and shipping your purchase. Certain large, valuable and/or fragile items may incur additional charges. Items damaged in shipment should be reported immediately to the carrier.
- Sales Tax:
Items mailed to addresses in Massachusetts are subject to a 5% state sales tax.
- Return Policy:
You may return an item which you have purchased within 14 days of receipt for a refund or merchandise credit. The item must be received by Harper & Faye (either via insured shipment or in the store) within the 14 day period, be in original condition, accompanied by all of the original packaging and the sales receipt. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Gift recipients are entitled to a non refundable merchandise credit.
Damaged items, custom items, or items altered by engraving or sizing are not returnable.
